Family Belloutte

[Hradiste]

Dear Sir or Madam, firstly excuse that I communicate in English on this Forum. I am looking for genealogical information about Karl Belloutte, * 1. 8. 1729 in City of Liège/Lüttich and his Family. Probably his father was Nicolaus Belloutte (* 1693 probably was birth in Liége), generalmajor.
Please, could you help me? I dont know where I could find Church Record for Liége. I heard that Vital Register (Taufmatrik) was destroyed. Is it true? I should be very grateful if you get me further information.Thank you beforehands. Sincerely, Jan
