Thanks Oliver,Felber hat geschrieben: Mi 4. Aug 2021, 20:55 Hello Javier
I’m glad you found the information regarding your family.
Sadly I don’t have pictures of the entries anymore since it was some years ago. I found the information about the siblings of your grandfather Ferdinand Studer in the vital records and family registers.
Kind regards
Olivier
I appreciate this very much, since I understood that he only had one brother, and I see that I was completely wrong! When I checked with the civil registry of the Luzern district they had a registered brother, I think, but they did not inform me of more.
I have the photos of the records, and also, of the marriage certificate of my great-grandparents. How could I gather with that information today? since I would like to reconstruct part of that history of my family, which was always a little hidden from us, descendants of Ferndinand. I already have in my possession birth records of my great-grandparents, and my grandparents, Ferdinand and Elisa, but I never received information about their siblings. And now I have a great intrigue. It was very surprising to see how involuntarily, this information came to me after so many years. I was tempted to ask for the familienschein, but I don't know if it would include the registry of his entire family, including his siblings. Any information you can give me, I will greatly appreciate it. As for us descendants of immigrants in Latin America, it is always striking that there are such old records of our families, since some of our countries do not have more than 200 years of existence. Thanks again.
