I am looking for information on Albrecht GYSI. He was christened 19 Apr 1739 in Birr, Aargau, Switzerland. He married Susanna MARTI sometime before 1768. I would appreciate any help in locating information on them or their ancestors. Some information on their descendants is given below: any additional information will be greatly appreciated.

Laut Familiennamenbuch sind Gysi tatsächlich seit vor 1800 in Birr verbürgert.
Leider wird in der Bibliographie "von Moos" keine Publikation zur Familie genannt.
According to the Register of Swiss Surnames Gysi have actually been citizens of Birr since before 1800.
Unfortunately no publication on the family is listed in the "von Moos" bibliography.
