Je recherche la naissance de MUFF Auguste 1890-1900 bourgeois de Hohenrain. J'ai vu qu'il y avait un dossier aux archives cantonales.
Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider ?

August Muff wurde am 8. April 1891 in Romanshorn (Kanton Thurgau) geboren als Sohn des Josef Muff (Bürger von Hohenrain) und der Louise Kuhn

Hello,
In fact, Muff August I was looking for was not born in 1891 but in 1906. His father was August and his mother was von Allmen Elisabeth.

In which case you are asking about the Bürgerregister Thal (or for any other St.Gallen community): the only access for these is via a visit to the St.Gallen State Archive.

I was addressing my post to
Emmanuelle.
I was inquiring about the file for the family Muff from Lucerene and whether the Muff's where his relatives.
Sorry for the confusion.
I am still trying to figure this forum.
Some information about my Muff family.
August Muff's father was Joseph. Joseph's parents were Xavier Muff and Regina Meyer.
