Cette personne à bien connu M. P. Schoch de Neuchâtel. Il devait avoir une fille Ursula dans cette famille.

A family "von Rappenstein aka Mötteli" gains citizenship of the city of St.Gallen in the 16th century - but have become extinct centuries ago: unfortunately you don't indicate in which century you are researching, but I assume this not the family you're after.

Mötteli hold (as of 1962) the following citizenships in canton Thurgau:
- Frauenfeld (since 1886)
- Weinfelden (since before 1800)
There are no citizenships in canton St.Gallen.

I'm afraid, you'll have to give us a bit more detailed info, before anyone can be expected to come up with a useful response.
