Laut Familiennamenbuch sind Hublard seit vor 1800 Bürger von Courgenay und Ocourt (beide JU); 1961 erwarb eine Linie von Courgenay das Bürgerrecht der Stadt Zürich. Andere Bürgerrechte existieren 1962 nicht.

According to Familiennamenbuch Hublard have been citizens of Courgenay and Ocourt (both canton Jura - used to belong to canton Bern until 1978) since before 1800; in 1961 a line from Courgenay was granted citizenship of the city of Zürich. There were no other citizenships in 1962.

HUBLARD
La famille a francisé son nom, ainsi que le montre les archives, Hubelhardt est devenu Hublard.
L'étymologie de ce patronyme est un nom de personne origine germanique: Uebelhard ou Uebelhardt.
