Stocker von Feldburg

My 9th great-grandparents were Hans Jacob Stocker and Margaretha Schinbein. They were married on 21 January 1661 at Feldberg in Baden. I need some help reading their marriage record. Here it is in the Feldberg parish register accessed via FamilySearch:

Hans Jacob was allegedly from Kottwil in the Canton of Luzern. Supposedly, he was born around 1634. At the time Kottwil, was part of the parish of Sursee. However, this is a rather Catholic part of Switzerland and the Stocker-Schinbein family was Protestant. Nevertheless, I checked the Sursee parish register to look for a Baptism record for Hans Jacob from 1632 to 1636, but I did not find anything.
In the actual marriage record, there is a reference to Hans Jacob’s father, Jacob, being “Burger zu Rotwaily Berner gebiet,” at least, that is what I think the record says. Was the groom from the Canton of Bern or was his father still living there? I know there is a town named Rottweil in Baden that had historic ties to the Old Swiss Confederacy, but other than that, I am a bit lost. Something does not make sense.
The family eventually ended up in Mitschsdorf in Alasce before their grandson, Michael Stocker, went to Pennsylvania with his family in 1731 aboard the Britannia.
Thank you for your assistance and insights.
