Spoettel aus Nieder-Olm

Sorry, my german is not good enough for me to ask a genealogy question.
I learned recently my Great Grandfather (Edgar Linden) was born to Chrysanthus Spettel from Hesse. (Thanks to DNA testing i have matched with some of his other descendants).
Chrysanthus was born in 1843 to Valentini Spoettel and Catherina Daudistel. I believe he died 1917 in London. It appears he had siblings also:
Sophie - 1845 (unable to find any marriage)
Adelheid - 1850 (Married Jakob Dernhardt)
Regina - 1854 (Married Maximilianus Mahn)
I believe Valentinus to have been born in 1817 in Nieder Olm to Christiani Spettel and Anna Maria Becker. Catherine Daudistel i dont have much to go off of but i think she was born in 1817 also to Mathiae Daudistel and Margaretha Weitzel.
I located siblings of Valentinus - Sophie (1809), Anton (1810) and Elisabetha (1813).
For Catharina her siblings - Juliana Anna Daudistel (1810) and Susanna Daudistel (1814).
I'm really struggling to find anything on Christian, Anna Maria, Mathiae and Margaretha so was wondering if there is somewhere i should be looking? For my Norwegian family there is a resource run by the Norwegian government giving access to records but I cant see that anything like that for Germany exists. It would be really great to understand a bit more about what my relatives were doing. We have some interesting DNA results stemming from this side of the family so im sure there are some stories of migrations to be uncovered.
