Liebe Kollegen,
Ich versuche den Vater des unehelichen Kindes Christian Spahni *16.9.1805 in Belp zu identifizieren.
Der Vater heisst ebenfalls Christian/Christen und ist aus Niedermuhlern und die Mutter Anna Streit (siehe Belp 7 Seite 206 https://www.query.sta.be.ch/detail.aspx?ID=220540) Der Taufeintrag verweist auf das Chorgerichtsmanual 1782 - 1819, Seite 331

Als Vater gibt es 3 "Verdächtige":
Spahni Christen *5 Okt 1760, Niedermuhlern, BE, Schweiz
Spahni Christian *21 Mrz 1779, Zimmerwald, BE, Schweiz
Spahni Christian *25 Mrz 1783, Niedermuhlern, BE, Schweiz

Hat jemand Zugriff auf dieses Chorgerichtsmanual?

I found two entries on page 331 of the Chorgerichtsmanual for Anna Streit and Christen Spahni. The date of the first one is 20.10.1806 and the second one is 24.11.1806 (if my reading is correct). Then copied just a small number of the case's multiple entries. I didn't attach all of the copied entries because I thought the two images below possibly contain the information you are looking for. On page 314, there is an entry dated 18.08.1805, which is about a month before the birth of the child in September of the same year (again if I read the dates correctly) - see below.
