I am trying to find information on Salome Baumann born February 22, 1722. I don't have the names of her parents, but she married Oswald Dubbs around 1751. She was in America by that date and they settled in Manheim Township in York County Pennsylvania. She had 8 children with him and died April 24, 1804. Records we have note she was born around Bern but I have had no luck locating birth records. Looking for her and Oswald Dubs/Dups information.

Maria Salome Baumann is listed as Oswald Dubs' wife on https://www.familysearch.org/de/tree/pe ... e/LKS4-2YX - born/baptised 24 February 1722 in Thurnen, Bern, Switzerland - unfortunately no source mentioned. However, I do not find a corresponding entry in the (Mühle-)Thurnen baptismal records. Baumann is not shown at all in the name index - neither in the index 1693-1721.
On https://de.findagrave.com/memorial/1358 ... alome-dubs we see her grave, same date of birth, but just "Bern" as place of birth - so this could be anywhere in the canton of Bern. Unfortunately Baumann is a fairly common name.
